• Preview and apply bundled reports in an invented format.
• Compare new, changed and absent items. An item missing from a partial report stays open.
• Keep assignments, sample notes and review history when source facts change. Changed facts need fresh review.
• Download the current demo queue, source reports and staff history as Excel, JSON, TXT or PDF.

One verified report path

Practice-management software → one verified supported report export → staff upload → compare changes and preserve follow-up context.

Staff would run the agreed report, save the export and upload it each time they want a comparison. We still need to establish the exact report, its fields and that preparation effort with practices.

No actual PMS format is supported yet. No payment or PMS API connection is implemented or selected. A direct read-only practice-system connection is an option to evaluate later.

Prove the need and the inputs

• Practice software already has tracking and notes. We need to test whether comparison across reports adds enough value to that existing workflow.
• Select a first system and report; verify identity, status meanings, timestamps and report coverage with permission.
• Test upload effort and whether staff can reconcile changes without losing context.

Build and review the service

• Real import validation, access permissions and durable work history.
• Authentication, privacy and retention terms, security and accessibility review.
• Agreed product scope, final pricing and separate activation arrangements.

This demo accepts no real uploads and sends nothing to payers or payment systems.
