About these websites
GovernRecord and PayerLaunch are research websites and fictional demonstrations operated by Tanglewild Labs LLC. They help us learn whether a proposed service would be useful. They are not production services and do not accept real firm, employee, patient or claim records.
Interest is not an order
Expressing interest is free and non-binding. It does not create a subscription, reserve access, lock a price, or require either party to proceed. We do not promise to build, customize, launch or deliver a service. Any future service requires separately agreed scope, pricing and terms.
Fictional examples, not professional advice
Demo records and downloads are fictional examples. Do not rely on them for compliance, legal, investment, clinical, insurance, payment or operational decisions. We do not approve AI uses, certify compliance, submit claims, verify payments or act for a regulator, payer or adviser.
Permitted use and feedback
You may explore the demo and download its fictional examples to evaluate the idea. Use the site lawfully; do not try to access another person’s submissions, interfere with the service, impersonate others or submit confidential information. Share only feedback you are entitled to share. You retain your rights in your feedback and allow us to use it to evaluate and improve the proposed product; no payment or build obligation arises.
Availability and responsibility
These experimental websites are provided as available and as is. To the extent applicable law permits, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and liability for indirect or consequential losses from using the demos. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy or freedom from defects. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, or replaces our stated privacy commitments.
Changes and contact
We may change or discontinue the experiment. A new version of these terms applies prospectively; material changes to the use of previously collected information will not be hidden in an update. Questions may be sent to privacy@tanglewildlabs.com.
